   1.The work piece name to be processed, for example: automotive brake disk,brake drum ,cast iron roller,steel roller,water pump,gear etc.  

   2.The work piece material: like cast iron,gray cast iron,ductile cast iron,HSS steel,harnened steel.

   3.The hardness of the workpiece: HRB or HRC=? like HRC=58

   4.Turning/Milling/Machining method: Rough Machining/Turning? Semi-finish machining? Fine-machining ?

   5.For continuous cutting , light interrupted cutting or heavy interrupted cutting ?

   6.The cutting/turning speed: V=? m/min or tell us the workpiece diameter and the rotary speed

   7.The amount of feed/feed motion :f=? mm/r

   8.The cutting depth: AP=?mm

   9.Is the cutting process adding coolant or dry cutting ?

  10.Do you need chamfer or honing, like SNGN 120408 T 0.2×20° or S 0.15×20° or just send the insert code on the packing box.
