Ni coating can be 30% weight added,35% weight added,50% weight added,56% weight added etc,we can do according to request.
Characteristics: Coated diamond material can improve heat dissipation and reduce heat damage thus protect the diamond (decrease diamond carbonization when sintering at ultrahigh temperature).
Coating makes the diamond particle surface rough to enhance the mechanical retention between diamond and bonds.
